Paddle in Costa Rica with Brittany Parker
Team rider Brittany Parker spent a majority of last Winter in Costa Rica paddling their rivers. She went there on a two week trip and ended up flying back a week later for two months. She fell in love with the place and is moving towards making it her Winter-time home base. And now, she’s made it so she can share her love for the country with others through her 8 & 9 day Costa Rica river adventures!
– Brittany Parker
“Costa Rica is a beautiful country full of beautiful people. I’ve always connected to places that feel alive. Costa Rica is one of those places where you can see, hear, and feel nature at work ALL OF THE TIME! It’s really special and there are so many elements of the country I want to share with others; be it the wildlife, the jungle, the rivers, the food, the lifestyle, or the people there is just so much.
I’ve partnered up with a company called Amazing Vacations Costa Rica (AVCR), and we’ve come up with a pretty solid itinerary that encompasses all that I love about the country. AVCR is run by the most attentive and respected guides and I feel so lucky to have connected with them. You’ll paddle down jungle rivers, eat delicious authentic Costa Rican cuisine, soak in hot springs, learn about the history and culture, play in the ocean, swing and zip through the forest, and improve your paddling skills. Everything is taken care of the moment your plane touches down.
All levels are welcome and you’re in safe hands the entire time. All rapids are portagable and there will always be an option to hop in a duckie or a raft. No stress just living the pura vida life. I hope you will join me”
